What is EPITH?
Epithalon (also known as Epitalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) based on the natural peptide Epithalamin, which is produced by the pineal gland. It is one of the most studied peptides in longevity and ageing research, with a particular focus on its relationship with telomerase activity and telomere length.

Mechanism of Action
Research suggests Epithalon may activate telomerase, the enzyme responsible for maintaining and extending telomere length. Telomeres are protective caps on chromosomes that shorten with each cell division; their progressive shortening is associated with cellular senescence and ageing. Epithalon has also been studied for its effects on melatonin production, circadian rhythm regulation, and antioxidant activity.
