Every compound we supply goes through a rigorous multi-stage quality control process before it leaves our facility. HPLC purity analysis and mass spectrometry identity confirmation are run on every single batch — not sampled, not estimated.
Reverse-phase HPLC is run on every single batch — not just sampled lots. The chromatogram and integration data are retained and available on request.
Every compound is confirmed by MS before release. Molecular weight must match the theoretical value within accepted tolerance — no exceptions.
Each batch carries a unique lot number traceable from raw material supplier through synthesis, QC, and dispatch. Recall capability is maintained at all times.
Temperature-sensitive compounds are stored and dispatched with validated cold-chain packaging. Thermal indicators are included in shipments where required.
Six stages. Zero shortcuts. Every compound follows the same path before it reaches a researcher.
All starting materials are sourced exclusively from GMP-certified suppliers. Each batch of raw material arrives with a full supplier certificate of analysis before synthesis begins.
Peptides are synthesised using solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) under controlled cleanroom conditions. Each synthesis run is logged with full traceability from amino acid to final lyophilised product.
Every batch undergoes reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) to confirm purity. We target ≥98% purity across all compounds, with premium lines reaching ≥99%.
Molecular identity is confirmed via mass spectrometry (MS). This verifies the exact molecular weight of each compound, ruling out impurities, truncated sequences, or incorrect structures.
A full COA is generated for every batch, documenting purity percentage, molecular weight, appearance, solubility, and storage conditions. COAs are available for download on the Certificates page.
Products are sealed in pharmaceutical-grade vials under inert atmosphere, labelled with batch number, purity, and storage instructions, then dispatched with cold-chain packaging where required.
RP-HPLC separates the target peptide from all other components in the sample. The resulting chromatogram shows exactly what percentage of the material is your compound of interest.
Truncated sequences, deletion peptides, and oxidation products are all detectable by HPLC. Any batch that fails our purity threshold is rejected — not reworked or blended.
Retention time data from HPLC provides a fingerprint for each compound. We compare every new batch against reference standards to ensure consistency across production runs.
Full Certificates of Analysis for every batch are available on our Certificates page. Download the COA for any compound before you order.
