Dispatch & Packaging
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day.
UK Only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We are working on international shipping and will announce when available.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names, brand names, or descriptions are visible on the outside of the parcel.
Cold-Chain Integrity
Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short transit periods. Products are packaged to maintain integrity throughout standard UK delivery timescales.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Unopened Products
Unopened products in original sealed condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before returning any item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch (standard) or 2 working days (next day), contact us and we will investigate with the courier. We will reship or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
